Pune 23 Jan 17 (PCP NEWS) : Today Pune Police Enforced 41 st MPDA in last 18 months, which is a history since MPD Act came in to existence, and also today we have moved one step towards smart policing by launching “Beet Marshal Monitoring App” which is for the first time in the country, said the Joint Police Commissioner Mr Sunil Ramanand here this evening.
Ramanand, while speaking with PCP News Correspondent further said that, this is the third MPDA in this year, which was enforced on Arwind Nagnath Sable of 38, from Pimpri, who is a notorious criminal having many serious offences registered against him, he is been send to Kalamba Jail, Kolhapur for a Year, this accused has committed many serious offences from 2007, the proposal of MPDA for this accused was send by Senior Police Inspector Vivek Muglikar. The Police is trying to give free and fair Law and Order to the citizens, our Police Commissioner Mrs Rashmi Shukla is keen to maintain peace in city, for the same we are trying to curb the activities of the criminals by enforcing stringent law procedures. In 2016 we had Detained 25 Criminals under MPDA and 77 under M C O C A said Ramanand.
One Step Towards Smart Policing, today Pune POlice Launched “Beet Marshal Monitoring App”, which is the first ever in Country, by which our marshals will be more efficient, this App can help the control room to relocate the position of the marshal if any incident occurs, besides this it can assign smart and visible policing said DCP Deepak Sakore. This App is been developed with the help of Sapions Analytics.
